About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and caring Registered Nurse to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As a Home Healthcare Professional, you will use your clinical skills to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

You will work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Your compassion, expertise, and attention to detail will ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care possible.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • RN level education and current registration with the provincial licensing body.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening).
  • Negative TB test.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Please note that new hires may be required to provide proof of vaccination against illnesses such as COVID-19, Hepatitis, and Seasonal Flu, dependent upon Provincial government regulations and the position being applied for.
