Instrumentation Technician

Lakeside Process Controls Ltd. is a leading provider of automation solutions to various industries. We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform on-site and shop services, including configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of measurement and indicating instrumentation devices.
- Develop skills related to our services capabilities and offerings, including calibrations, calibration management, and control systems.
- Maintain a safe and organized work site, adhering to our robust ISO Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support shop and field calibrations, and evaluation of components and devices.
- Install and commission measurement instrumentation, and perform repairs, adjustments, and replacements of components and devices.
- Refer to technical documentation, manuals, data sheets, standards, and codes to ensure accurate and efficient work.
- Support customer maintenance contracts and shutdown work, and participate in after-hours and demand response activities.
- Instrumentation Engineering Technologist Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of prior experience in a related field.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Able to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate congested spaces.
- Knowledge of measurement devices, electronics, and basic electrical circuits.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot problems.
- Proficient in computer operating systems and software applications.
