Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, adhering to strict food safety and quality standards
  • Analyze operating costs and optimize menu pricing to ensure profitability
  • Schedule staff and manage labor costs effectively
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies while maintaining relationships with vendors
  • Develop and implement new recipes, menus, and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience as a chef or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations, including inventory control, cost management, and staff supervision
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
