Responsibilities

  3. Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff training.">
  4. Supervise staff, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.">
  5. Train staff on new procedures, policies, and systems, ensuring seamless adoption and implementation.">
  6. Conduct regular performance reviews, setting goals and objectives that align with the company's overall strategy.">
  7. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.">
  8. Participate in marketing plans and implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.">
  9. Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing timely resolutions and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.">
  10. Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and driving repeat business.">
  11. Manage events, coordinating logistics, staffing, and execution to deliver memorable experiences.">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including dental plan, healthcare plan, and opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
