We are seeking a skilled Agriculture Equipment Technician to join our team at Rocky Mountain Equipment. As a key member of our Service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper functioning of our equipment and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Summary:

The Agriculture Equipment Technician will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of agricultural equipment, including CASE IH machinery. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Milk River, AB, and reports to the Service Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recondition and repair equipment components and systems as assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate records of time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases in repairs.
  • Care for shop tools, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Order parts and materials required for repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Champion safe work practices and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience working on CASE IH agriculture equipment is an asset.
  • Strong diagnostic and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of health and safety best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation.
