Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at C8rd Pl8 Food Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training new employees, and maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of physical activity
- 1-7 months of experience in a food service environment
- Permanent employment with 35-40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a restaurant setting, with a fast-paced environment and a high level of physical activity. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and work in a combination of sitting and standing positions.
