Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at C8rd Pl8 Food Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training new employees, and maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard
- Train new employees on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
