Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at C8rd Pl8 Food Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and are equipped to perform their roles.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
