Key Responsibilities:

The Executive Vice President, Diversity will lead our solar operations team, overseeing the execution of solar EPC projects and ensuring seamless integration of technical sales and business development strategies.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project execution and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with technical sales teams to guide clients through solar system design, feasibility, and financial analysis.

As a seasoned leader, you will foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all operations.

You will provide guidance on solar design software (Aurora) and energy yield analysis, optimizing procurement of solar panels, inverters, and storage systems to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field is required.

We seek an experienced professional with at least 8+ years of experience in solar EPC operations, technical sales, or project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
