SAP APO Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP APO / Kinaxis Specialist/Sr. Specialist to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our Information Technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing applications like Kinaxis, SCM Advanced Planning Optimization (APO), or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and providing support.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on working experience on Kinaxis or 3+ years in APO, IBP, or any SCM other planning applications. You will be responsible for collaborating with Divisions and Subsidiary business partners to understand requirements and challenges across all geographies. You will analyze and provide solutions using existing technologies as well as identify new techniques and technologies and concepts that can help business and IT growth.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement applications like Kinaxis, SCM Advanced Planning Optimization (APO), or Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Provide support for SAP APO / Kinaxis applications
- Collaborate with Divisions and Subsidiary business partners to understand requirements and challenges across all geographies
- Analyze and provide solutions using existing technologies as well as identify new techniques and technologies and concepts that can help business and IT growth
- 2+ years of hands-on working experience on Kinaxis or 3+ years in APO, IBP, or any SCM other planning applications
- Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express technical concepts in business terms and business needs in technical specifications in English
- Good ability to adapt and work with a variety of situations, technologies, and individuals
- Strong desire to expand knowledge to other Supply Chain Planning or ECC or newer technologies
- Strong problem Solving and analytical skills
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically to identify and communicate root causes
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats
- Proficient English language skills
