The successful candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing applications like Kinaxis, SAP APO, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP). They will work closely with business partners to understand requirements and challenges across all geographies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and technology, and be able to apply conceptual knowledge to solve complex procedural problems.

The role requires the ability to lead and/or perform the design, testing, and applications of SAP & Non-SAP systems configuration in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements, and global standards. The candidate will also be responsible for documenting detailed specifications of configuration design, test, and training programs, and maintaining production systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and governance processes.

The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically. They will also be able to effectively communicate technical information verbally and in written formats. Experience in leading a team of 4-8 people is preferred, with responsibilities including career planning, performance evaluation, and driving the strategy.
