Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-On Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Conversion Optimization: Prioritize and focus on driving conversions across all digital platforms, using advanced analytics to track performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that enhance conversion rates.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of digital marketing professionals with a hands-on approach, providing strategic direction and actively participating in the execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and high performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and CRM systems to monitor key metrics, analyze data to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and drive results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, creative, and data teams to ensure integrated and effective digital marketing strategies that support overall business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience & Education: 7-10 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEMRush, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and CRM systems. Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Conversion Focus: Proven ability to drive conversions and optimize performance across various digital channels, with strong analytical skills to leverage data for performance improvements.
Location & Work Environment:

This hybrid role requires proximity to one of our hubs in the Lower Mainland or Calgary.
