About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Ash Grove Inn. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Table Setting and Maintenance
    • Set tables with linens, silverware, and glassware.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after each use.
  • Inventory and Stocking
    • Restock food and beverage supplies as needed.
    • Ensure that all inventory is accurately counted and recorded.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
