Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Ash Grove Inn.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service by serving customers at counters or buffet tables.
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a smooth service.
- Take customers' orders and package take-out food with care.
- Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables, trays, and chairs.
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in food service and customer service.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Will train on the job.
- Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment.
- Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
Ash Grove Inn is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive work environment for all employees.
We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
