About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Rolly's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative and Financial Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Working Conditions
  • Restaurant environment
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Permanent work term
  • English language required
