About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Rolly's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our culinary team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train and develop the skills of our team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting our quality control guidelines.
    • Implement and maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices, ensuring that our restaurant meets all relevant regulations.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns.
    • Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
    • Manage budgets and costs, ensuring that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months
