About the Role

This Regional Account Executive position is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and develop strategic relationships with clients in the Food Services industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing the Food Service Division strategic plan priorities and AOP objectives for the Ontario sales team.

You will manage three Key Account Managers and have your own large, strategic account responsibilities. You will also coordinate with national assets against the growth management of assigned market targets.

The successful candidate will have a sales hunting mentality, lead by example, and be ambitious to grow within the organization. They must be local to the Woodbridge, ON area as a hybrid work schedule is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quarterly performance and objectives conversations with direct reports.
  • Develop and train direct sales force in sales techniques and RPC infrastructure.
  • Build and coordinate the execution of individual market plans and governance structures.
