Regional Business Growth Specialist

As a Regional Business Growth Specialist at ROSS, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth through new business development and account management. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional broadband services to businesses across Canada.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business-to-business sales, with a proven track record of success in the telecom or IT sector. You'll be expected to develop and execute a sales strategy, identify new sales opportunities, and build strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Develop and manage a business plan to achieve and exceed established sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in the telecom or IT sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, including solution selling and needs analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
