We offer an estimated annual salary of $70,000-$90,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Store Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This includes controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain Guest Services to enhance customer experience.
  • Oversight and accountability for store operation, ensuring adherence to Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess prior retail management experience and meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 21
  • Prior retail management experience is required.
  • Physical demands include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
