Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting your immediate supervisor by helping to develop business strategies in line with Desjardins's strategic priorities and the unit's challenges.
  • Ensuring the quality of services and business relationships, and managing the member/client experience.
  • Implementing and monitoring the action plan to achieve target results.
  • Putting in place management and communication practices that promote talent acquisition and management, team synergy and change management, in keeping with Desjardins's values.
  • Leading, coaching and motivating your team to develop skills, boost engagement and empower employees.
  • Implementing and developing a competitive, profitable service offer for your sector that incorporates partnerships with other components in order to provide an exceptional member/client experience.
  • Ensuring the efficiency and continuous improvement of processes, and boosting profitability.
  • Promoting the Desjardins brand and strengthening the organization's roots in the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
  • Registration as a Registered Representative.
  • Knowledge of French is required.
