Job Title: Data Center Safety Program Manager

Type: Contract

This role requires the implementation of EHS programs at a specific data center site, conducting workplace risk assessments, supporting incident investigations, delivering regulatory training programs, and collaborating with unionized construction laborers.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for implementing EHS programs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Oversee the general contractor's implementation of the approved safety program. Conduct regular workplace risk assessments for various hazards. Support incident investigations and root cause analysis. Deliver regulatory training programs to meet EHS requirements.

About the Role:

  • 10 years of experience in the safety industry.
  • 5 years of experience in construction.
  • 2 years of experience in data center construction (desired).
  • Experience overseeing general contractors and reporting incidents.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Comfortable working onsite in a data center construction environment.
  • Excellent skills in analysis, planning, organization, direction, and control.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with unionized construction laborers.
