Strategic Product Launch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Product Launch Manager to join our team at Canada Goose. As a key member of our product launch team, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product launch process, ensuring seamless execution and successful sell-in/sell-out of product ranges and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to enable successful product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely decision-making and high-quality preparation.
- Analyze data and track metrics to drive improved business outcomes, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Oversee special activations from concept to execution, collaborating with local and global stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure all key milestones and deliverables are up-to-date with each updated seasonal calendar, proactively seeking out solutions to potential cross-functional issues.
- Communicate progress, wins, and pain points to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in project management, change management, and product planning. Your expertise in managing GTM processes, calendars, and cross-functional teams will be invaluable in this role.
