Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and execution of global product launches. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, coordinating launch plans, and ensuring timely and successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global launch plans for new products, including molecule/SKU level launches across Apotex sites.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve launch readiness, utilizing tools, systems, methodologies, and software.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, R&D, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and successful launches.
  • Manage project progress, track exceptions, and report to relevant areas.
  • Communicate launch plans and priorities to functional departments and stakeholders.
  • Recommend and participate in implementing process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent in Business and/or Science related field.
  • PMP Certification or working towards.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or consumer packaged goods product launch process.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
