Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Inventory Manager to join our team in Kitchener. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination between the production floor and the office.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Team Leaders to prioritize and track orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor production schedules and expedite parts, supplies, and units through the production process to avoid delays.
  • Perform cycle counting and inventory tracking, maintaining accuracy and flagging any discrepancies.
  • Work closely with distribution centers to ensure efficient product flow and support both office and floor-based tasks.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with experience in cycle counting and inventory management.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and identify issues affecting the production schedule.
