Financial Controller

Top Aces is a leading aerospace and defense company that provides advanced training services to allied forces worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team in Montreal, Canada.
Job Summary:The Financial Controller will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our Technical Services department. This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in overseeing financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the Technical Services department
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to establish and monitor financial KPIs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Represent the VP/CFO in business development activities
- Post-graduate education in accounting or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
