We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at EgyCana Fast Food Enterprise Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest quality standards.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of quality in a team environment.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
