We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at EgyCana Fast Food Enterprise Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • or equivalent experience
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on attention to detail, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
