We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures, as well as negotiating arrangements with suppliers and clients. They will also be expected to address customers' complaints and concerns, plan and organize daily operations, and evaluate their effectiveness.

This is a 37-hour per week position that requires a secondary school graduation certificate and at least one year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best prices and quality.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Address customers' complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of daily operations and make recommendations for improvement.

The estimated salary for this position is $$$60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or foodservice setting.
