Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Gestion Sarsfield Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
  • Supervise and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Develop and implement new recipes and cooking techniques
  • Manage kitchen operations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role
  • Cook Trade Certification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
