Job Summary

As a Client Care Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our mortgage clients, communicating with them about the necessary loan documents and information needed to move them to final loan approval. You'll work closely with our mortgage team to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication
    • Effectively communicate with clients using written and verbal communication methods to ensure clear understanding of loan requirements and progress.
    • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and concise information.
  • Loan Document Management
    • Review and verify loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Work with clients to obtain any missing documentation or information required for loan approval.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork
    • Collaborate with the mortgage team to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process.
    • Communicate with clients to provide updates on loan status and progress.

Requirements

  • 1 year of client service representative experience.
  • Foundational knowledge of the mortgage industry.
  • Type speed of 40 wpm or better.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
