Job Description

Next Alutech Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the construction site.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing the construction site by erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Earthwork: Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring the site is prepared for construction.
  • Demolition: Assist in demolishing buildings, safely and efficiently.
  • Material Management: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from the construction site.
  • Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near the construction site, ensuring the safety of workers and the public.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
