Job Title: Construction Worker

EcoWise Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Worker to join our team. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Operate cranes mounted on boats or barges to lift, move, and place equipment and materials
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 hours per week
Work Environment:

The work environment is physically demanding, with repetitive tasks and handling of heavy loads. Teamwork and hard work are essential for success in this role.
