Job Summary

Misteelco Inc. is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable, preparing journal entries, and performing various clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts payable, including invoices and payments.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
