Job Summary

Misteelco Inc. is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, preparing journal entries, and performing clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process accounts payable transactions
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts payable
  • Perform general office duties, including filing and record-keeping
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
