We are seeking a Clinical Systems Applications Expert to enhance our operations and support our commitment to delivering outstanding patient services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and provide ongoing support for clinical software applications.
  • Design and deliver training programs for staff on system functionalities and procedures.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for clinical applications.
  • Support operational tasks to ensure the integrity of clinical data systems.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical and operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and software vendors to resolve issues.
  • Address performance and capacity concerns raised by operational staff.
  • Engage with software vendors to stay informed about product updates and plan for necessary upgrades.
  • Uphold all privacy and confidentiality standards related to patient and employee information.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a clinical field related to imaging.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a radiology or healthcare setting, preferably in a technical or clinical capacity.
  • Proficient in radiology and healthcare applications, with a preference for experience with PACS and RIS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relations and issue resolution.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks independently.
  • Familiarity with Agfa Impax, Visage RIS, Kailo Sonoreview, Powerscribe 360, Mirth Connect, Astraia, Accuro, and similar medical applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to travel as required for operational needs.
  • Standard business hours are expected, with flexibility to accommodate job demands.
  • Primarily office-based work involving extended periods of sitting and computer use.
