The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our radiologists, technologists, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and Support Clinical Applications: Design, implement, and maintain clinical systems to ensure seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
  • Develop and Deliver Training: Create and deliver training programs to ensure that our staff are proficient in the use of clinical systems.
  • Create and Update Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for clinical systems and procedures.
  • Assist with Operational Assignments: Provide technical support to maintain data integrity of clinical application systems.
  • Analyze Technical and Operational Problems: Identify and resolve technical and operational issues related to clinical systems.
  • Work with Internal Teams and Vendors: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement new systems.
Requirements
  • Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a clinical designation in an imaging modality.
  • Experience: 5 years' experience working in a radiology or healthcare environment in a technical, administrative, or clinical role.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong client relationship skills, and fluency in English.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Agfa Impax, Visage RIS, Kailo Sonoreview, Powerscribe 360, Mirth Connect, Astraia, Accuro, and other similar medical applications.
