Restaurant Operations Manager

Oscar's Family Restaurant and Pizzeria is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to analyze budgets, develop cost-saving strategies, and lead a team of staff to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff schedules and inventory management
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- College/CEGEP education
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
