beBee Professionals is seeking a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our healthcare team in Canada. The ideal candidate will have a valid RPN license in Canada and completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community health centers.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop individualized care plans, taking into account their medical history, social situation, and cultural background.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and timing.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to healthcare professionals.
- Valid RPN license in Canada.
- Completion of a recognized Practical Nursing program.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
