### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services. As an Occupational Therapist - Mental Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing expert assessment and treatment services to individuals experiencing complex mental health challenges.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assess and treat individuals with mental health conditions, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and more
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on occupational analysis and clinical reasoning
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists and psychotherapists, to facilitate client goals and independence
* Liaise with WSIB and community mental health partners to ensure seamless care

### Qualifications

* University degree in Occupational Therapy
* Member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
* Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
* Minimum 1 year of general OT mental health experience
* Completion of at least one of the following courses: CBT, ACT, DBT
