We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Fitness Attendant to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

About the Role

As a Spa Fitness Attendant, you will be the face of our luxury spa and fitness center, providing personalized service and ensuring our guests feel welcome and relaxed. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our spa and fitness facilities, including policies and procedures
  • Ensuring the spa and pool facility is in peak condition at all times
  • Providing tours of the spa and fitness facilities to guests

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for spa and wellness
  • Previous experience in a luxury environment is an asset
  • Ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Energetic individual who is able to prioritize to complete many diverse tasks concurrently
Physical Aspects of the Position

This role requires frequent standing and walking throughout the shift, as well as lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs. Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps may also be required.
