Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at COMFY SPA LTD.

Job Summary:

The Spa Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure that our facilities and equipment are in good working order.
  • Monitor quality and production levels to ensure that our services meet the highest standards.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management to ensure that our team is on track to meet our goals.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed to ensure that our team has everything they need to deliver exceptional service.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of our spa team to ensure that all services are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies to ensure that our team is equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment.
  • Ability to recruit and support newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations.
  • Ability to apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
  • 30 hours per week.
