Job Summary:

The Supervisor, Security Guards will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Team: Oversee the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are in good working order.
  • Client Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all individuals.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Training and Development: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress and other reports, providing regular updates on security operations and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a security or maintenance environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and instructions.

  • Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to ensuring the smooth operation of security and maintenance activities.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support and assistance as needed.
