Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Inesa Security Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate responses with other work units or departments.
- Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel, and provide technical advice and guidance to improve productivity and product quality.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports, and communicate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Training and Development: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Scheduling and Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 hours per week.
