Job Overview

This role is focused on supporting the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth in ticketing sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales strategy or support, with a strong understanding of data analysis and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Supporting internal reporting and ticketing campaign strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through internal strategy meetings and focus groups
  • Managing small-scale projects with short to mid-term implementation times, including project planning and delivery of deliverables to support contact center operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales strategy or support in a professional setting
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting, finance, strategic planning, or corporate development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and project planning tools
  • A university or college degree in engineering, mathematics, business economics, strategy, marketing, or finance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and effective written and verbal communication
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and define problems, develop creative solutions, and address requirements clearly and articulately
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to identify opportunities for improving business efficiencies
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team
