Retail Store Manager

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are adequately trained to perform their tasks.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate records.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
