Job Description
Your Day-to-Day
- Advise customers on our furniture and accessories
- Ensure after-sales follow-up to track deliveries and answer customer questions
- Participate in inventory management and reception of goods
- Highlight and showcase our products, and maintain a clean store environment
- Perform other related duties
- Open and close the store
Qualifications
Requirements for Success
- Experience in retail, including at least 1 year as a Keyholder
- Demonstrate strong listening skills and the ability to offer advice
- Strong spirit of collaboration, enthusiasm, and interest in interior design
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, and daytime Saturday and Sunday
- Ability to move or lift loads up to 65 lbs (30 kg)
