Keyholder Job Description

At Structube, we're looking for a skilled Keyholder to join our retail team. As a Keyholder, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our store by providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to customers on our furniture and accessories, promoting our products and services.
  • Ensure seamless after-sales follow-up, tracking deliveries and addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to inventory management and the reception of goods, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient store operations.
  • Highlight and showcase our furniture and accessories, maintaining a visually appealing store display.
  • Perform other related duties as required, including opening and closing the store.
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in retail, preferably as a Keyholder.
  • Demonstrate strong listening skills and the ability to offer expert advice to customers.
  • Exhibit a collaborative spirit, enthusiasm, and interest in interior design.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, with daytime Saturday and Sunday shifts.
  • Ability to lift or move loads up to 65 lbs (30 kg).
