Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled General Merchandise Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with the sale of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a polite and friendly manner.
  2. Cover assigned areas on the sales floor, including zoning and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  3. Assist with stocking and displaying merchandise, including moving feature products to their modular homes.
  4. Work with other associates to ensure floor coverage and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  5. Contribute to the success of our store by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods of time.
