About the Role

Clios Product Design team is seeking a seasoned Experience Design Architecture Leader to drive the development of our comprehensive, unified platform experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting 3-5 year experience design strategies that establish a northstar, guiding roadmaps and designs to capitalize on near-term impact while incrementally delivering toward our longer-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-year, high-impact experience design strategies across a complex portfolio of products and personas.
  • Create northstar artifacts that inspire and provoke customer-focused roadmaps and designs, aligning short-term work to longer-term impact.
  • Craft strategic frameworks for high-priority, cross-cutting customer workflows (e.g., onboarding).
  • Partner cross-functionally to understand and align customer and business goals, influencing product strategy.
  • Partner with technology leaders to ensure alignment of technical and experience strategy and architecture.
  • Build architecture skills across the design organization.
  • Drive clarity and alignment across design efforts, across initiative and product boundaries.
  • Contribute to frameworks for assessing and scaling design quality.
  • Contribute to process and operations to mature and scale design.
  • Initiate an experience architecture team as the design organization scales.

  • Expertise delivering clear, connected experiences across product and persona boundaries.
  • Business acumen and ability to connect design strategy to business value.
  • Ability to communicate complex subjects with clarity and impact to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong leadership, partnering, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to create solutions that scale across short and long-term customer and business goals simultaneously.
  • High level of comfort working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity.
