Clio is a global leader in transforming the legal experience for all. As a \"Director, Experience Design Architecture\", you will play a crucial role in crafting elegant solutions that delight customers and maximize business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Product Design team and contribute to the delivery of world-class solutions. You will be responsible for leading multi-year, high-impact experience design strategies across a complex portfolio of products and personas.

Key Responsibilities:\/h2>


  • Lead multi-year, high-impact experience design strategies across a complex portfolio of products and personas.
  • Create northstar artifacts that inspire and provoke customer-focused roadmaps and designs and align short-term work to longer-term impact.
  • Craft strategic frameworks for high-priority, cross-cutting customer workflows (e.g., onboarding).
  • Partner cross-functionally to understand and align customer and business goals and influence product strategy.
  • Partner with technology leaders to ensure alignment of technical and experience strategy and architecture.
  • Build architecture skills across the design organization.
  • Help to drive clarity and alignment across design efforts, across initiative and product boundaries.
  • Contribute to frameworks for assessing and scaling design quality.
  • Contribute to process and operations to mature and scale design.
  • Initiate an experience architecture team as the design organization scales.

The full salary range* for this role is $196,000 to $245,000 to $294,000 CAD..

\*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency."
